Artur Davis of Alabama is officially leaving the Obama party for the GOP. Davis joins Jo Ann Nardelli, a PA Democrat state committeewoman and founding president of the Blair County Federation of Democratic Women in citing Obama as the reason for fleeing the Democrats.
