Solyndra CEO resigns – now how about Obama?

October 14, 2011 05:21

After blowing almost half a billion dollars of taxpayer guaranteed funds the bankrupt great green hope company went bankrupt.  Now the CEO is fleeing the stinking ship. Brian Harrison, the CEO of the bankrupt solar power company Solyndra, has resigned.

What stinks is the fact the the Obama administration reversed an earlier denial of the loan by the Bush administration touting the importance of “green jobs” investments. Emails showed that the Obama administration was warned that Solyndra was a bad bet from the start.

Recently the CEO and other Solyndra execs used the 5th  amendment to avoid answering any questions from the congressional committee investigating this pay for play green scheme. The major investor in Solyndra was a billionaire big campaign fund raiser and donor of Obama’s campaign.

It gets worse. Seeing the coming bankruptcy the Obama administration allowed Solyndra to renegotiate the terms of the loan to protect the Obama contributor instead of the taxpayer “investment.” Now taxpayers are out almost half a billion from this one “green jobs” scheme.

Is this how Obama plans to raise a billion dollars for campaign 2012? No wonder Obama keeps pushing the global warming hoax and the green jobs myth. Its a key to steal billions from taxpayers and make them feel good about it at the same time.
