Texas job growth puts eyes on Gov. Perry as 2012 hopeful

“We’ve created more jobs than any other state in the nation in the last decade.” “You just have a president who I think is anti-job.” In his first exclusive interview since announcing he’s considering a run for the White House, Governor Rick Perry (R-TX) spoke to Neil about what has led to the addition of more than 200,000 jobs to the Texas economy at a time when job growth nationwide declined. Perry also weighed in on the dispute between the National Labor Relations Board over Boeing’s attempt to build a plant in South Carolina, the need to address our national spending problem, and the impact of the Hispanic vote in 2012.
