Rep. Duncan Hunter said the Navy seemed to be trying to make a political statement instead of upholding the tradition of honoring military war heroes. But the union agenda is Obama’s agenda and what better way to keep those union dollars flowing to Obama and the Democrats than to declare March 31 an annual Cesar Chavez Day in the new Unionized States of America. That is a real twofer for the pres. He gets union dollars and Hispanic votes. And don’t forget that Obama gave the Congressional Medal of Freedom to avowed socialist and former head of SEIU and AFL-CIO John Sweeney a card-carrying member of Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), the principal American affiliate of the Socialist International.
