With a simple stroke of his dictatorial pen Obama erased a law passed with bipartisan support. Obama has exempted four countries from a law that restricts the United States from providing military aid to governments that employ child soldiers.

Is this the ‘after the law is passed line item veto’? Or is this the ‘I don’t want this law to apply to everyone’ line item veto? Has congress and the rule of law become irrelevant to Obama?
