Harry Reid should have read the Obamacare bill before he pushed it so hard. He wrote a letter to Sebelius at HHS complaining that the proposed Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) regulation ‘will result in a net reduction in payment to Nevada’s hospitals’.
